Did yous check nether the folder selection that shows Xbox Clips?

If the problem persists, effort doing a soft factory reset of the console , Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating organization. Please annotation before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let united states of america know the results.

Alright cheers for the suggestion but it did non work. I accept reset my xbox twice using the setting and reset information technology in one case with the button. And still everytime it turns back on i go into my game DVR, select a random prune to upload, expect iv-5 minutes for it to upload. And zip, my OneDrive is notwithstanding empty.

UPDATE:

While in my Xbox DVR I had to click the driblet down carte to go to "On This Xbox". And from there it immune me to upload game clips to my Ane Bulldoze. But in the normal "On Xbox Alive" menu it nevertheless does not permit me to upload anything. Even though that is the way I've been doing to for years. And so it'south "stock-still" every bit long as I go through the drib down tab "On This Xbox".
